No, never. Guests scan the QR code on the table card with their normal phone camera and upload straight from their browser (Safari or Chrome). No app, no account, no password.
Yes. In your portal you enter the title (for example your names), a subtitle such as the date or venue and your own instruction line, and choose the card's language. Then you download the print-ready cards for free in A4, A6 and 10×15 cm to print yourself. Ordering printed cards delivered to your door is coming soon.
No, never. We only use the email address a guest leaves for a heads-up to send the link to your album once, as soon as you share it. Right after that we delete the address.
Each package has a fixed retention period after the upload window: Basic 3 months, Premium 12 months and All-in 24 months (the trial 14 days). 30 and 7 days beforehand you get a reminder to download everything as a ZIP, so you keep the images yourself.
Yes. The guest page automatically adapts to the phone's language: Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish or Italian. Guests can also switch the language themselves at the bottom. So it works at an international wedding too.

Yes. Everything is stored on our own servers in the Netherlands, connections are encrypted and we make backups several times a day. We never sell photos or data and never use them for advertising. Only our payment partner Stripe and our email partner Postmark receive what they need to do their job. You always keep ownership of your images.
Absolutely. Lumoura works just as well for team days, product launches and anniversaries. All photos and videos come together in one place and can be downloaded at once as a ZIP — handy for newsletters, social media or the annual report.
